So can anyone say Ikea? Yup, a quick stop at Ikea the day before my parents arrived saw us pick up a few things to make this an almost normal flat!!. These are the views they had upon arrival...whether they are better or worse than they expected they will not say! The only thing we didn't get done on our wee list wast the shower door. So for now it's baths only!! So we'll get it sorted at some point....but for the most part...mission accomplished...but boy, I tell ya. It was tough!

We watched the illusionist on a sofa! Well my mom went to bed, but Pen, my dad and I did...and we ate Smartfood Popcorn...ahhh, so this is what living is all about! A sofa? Movie? Cheesy Popcorn? Unheard of in recent times.
The parents room, or guest room...and if any of you stay it will be your room...hopefully we'll have carpets by then though!
