The main culprit....the main bedroom with it's painted blue wallpaper
Goodbye blue, hello ugly plaster!
The room became a storage space of sorts....
Until princess Penny of Bruce Street sorted it out..via her lackeys...Scott & Danny
Water damage from a leak before we had it fixed (the leak and the damage)
The same area after we had the room replastered, next up paint and gloss!!
The small bedroom, not exactly liveable... this is where my parents will be staying in 2 weeks!
We've got some work to do before mom and dad get here...
That ceiling, it's ....it's....hideous!
Ahhhh, better
Softer, cleaner.... liveable..almost, need carpets!
See the high gloss shine on that cornicing?
What shiny baseboards you have sir...

Hi Scott and Penny. The works are looking very good; I particularly like your tiling - that's something that I haven't tried yet. Well done !
Cheers Angus...more tiling fun in the bathroom...I have to admit, tiling isn't fun but it probably saved us a small fortune doing it ourselves...so we're getting a takeaway tonight!
